together, listen closely to your ideas and goals, and talk through your lifestyle, priorities, and any
specific challenges you’re facing. That conversation lays the foundation for a design plan made
specifically for you — and for many clients, it’s the launch point for a full-service project.

What a Design Consultation Includes

An on-site walkthrough and a collaborative goal-setting session
Accurate floor plans and measurements for all relevant areas
A preliminary project budget and an estimated timeline
High-level design direction and spatial-planning concepts, with curated inspiration slides for color, style, and key furnishings
A customized Design Proposal and Design Agreement — a clear roadmap for working together

The Investment

A design consultation starts at $1500, and that fee is applied to your full-service design fee if you move forward into a full project.
